The Salt Lake Community College/BioUtah Networking Lunch connects Utah life sciences companies with SLCC's personnel, training programs, and workforce resources. 

Discover how SLCC and SLTECH support Utah’s life sciences workforce — from recruiting and training to upskilling and retention.

Attendees will learn:

• How the college prepares skilled entry- and mid-level talent for roles such as machinists, manufacturing technicians, bench scientists, and lab technicians
• About robust transfer pathways that let students earn academic credit toward relevant bachelor’s degrees through partnerships with Utah universities
• How customized workforce training programs, like Custom Fit, help develop existing employees
• About innovative approaches to talent development, including youth apprenticeships

Attendees will also have the chance to meet SLCC faculty and students.
