Utah Industry Partners invites BioUtah members to participate in its upcoming business simulation: Ready or Not.

Ready or Not is an immersive business simulation that helps manufacturing teams understand how every decision affects the entire organization. Participants experience firsthand how operations, finance, sales, supply chain, HR, marketing, and leadership work together to drive business success. Unlike traditional classroom training, teams compete by running simulated manufacturing companies, making real-time business decisions and immediately seeing the financial and operational consequences.

Ready or Not Helps Develop:

• Business Acumen
• Leadership Development
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Strategic Decision Making
• Systems Thinking
• Team Communication
